Whitney Donald
Entertainment Design Professional
About Me
Whitney Donald was a cute happy baby who was bald as a bean until she turned three. Even from this early age she loved movies. When introduced to the Wizard of Oz, she only wore dresses, carried a stuffed dog, and told everyone that her name was Dorothy.

While growing up in Georgia and Florida (her hometown is Tarpon Springs, FL) her love, appreciation, and fascination with film grew. But it wasn't until she began college at Brigham Young University that she realized her passion and random talents were best suited for filmmaking.

WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING ABOUT WHITNEY DONALD:

"Whitney did a phenomenal job with the production design of "Scout Camp." She was extremely resourceful, and was able to create wonderful results. Additionally, she was very willing to adapt to our changing schedule, and spontaneous decisions. During filming, she assembled a fantastic team to handle all the art needs of the film. She was wonderful to work with each day on set. I highly recommend Whitney and look forward to working with her again in the future.

"
Whitney has continued to amaze me in her ability to get impossible tasks done. She has an uncanny ability to paint a full and amazingly detailed portrait for every single frame of a film she has worked on. She is easy to work with and a delight to be around. You can count on her to put every bit of energy into a project to make it as amazing as possible. She is on the top of a short list of designers that I would entrust with my productions."
